Chimpanzee footprint pendants / Fundraising update

May 24th, 2009 by Diana

Another great fundraising page was added by Tamela! She is an artist and jewelry maker and will send a really cool chimpanzee footprint pendant (see photo below) to those who donate on her page. There are six folks who now have fundraising pages and we’ve raised almost $2,000!! We need $5,000 more to go by June 30th to reach the goal. You can still have a portrait of one of the Cle Elum Seven painted just for you and have a four-course meal delivered to your Seattle home, or you can choose to support a friend who’s started a page. To see all of the fundaising pages, click here. For more details, including how to start your own page, see our Help Us Fundraise page.

Thanks for helping us celebrate one year of sanctuary life and Negra’s birthday!

Tamela I cannot wait to use these beads with my new 20K piece bead kit and I have also ordered another 200 pieces of silver charm beads, it will be a new hobby while I am laid up STILL…I love you Tam and all you do to help animals! Youare the BEST in my book! And it does not matter which ones you send, I will be happy with any color ! 🙂

I can’t wait until mine gets here. I don’t even wear jewelry but I had to have one! I can wear my love of chimps close to my heart now. Thanks Tamela!
