CSNW friend Tamela found the photo below of Koko the gorilla with a troll doll. It was posted Jan. 3rd, 2007 on the Koko.org blog with the caption, “Koko has always loved tiny troll dolls with bright pink hair. Why do you think she has such affection for them?”
Pretty interesting that Koko and Foxie have a love for troll dolls in common!

This photo is SO PRECIOUS!! Great find, Tamela! Did you send them a picture of Foxie with her troll dolls? They would probably be as amazed as we are that they both have an interest in troll dolls with bright pink hair! I just love this picture!! Thank you for posting it!

This is so precious! There has to be some reason that these trolls become favorites with Foxie and Koko. I agree it would be interesting to poll the other sanctuaries for similarities with troll dolls. Consider it research…lol!
By the way…I think it’s the pink hair! We girls just love pink.
